Carpet hire was harder than it needed to be.

Nobody should have to earn clean carpets with two store trips, two queues and a machine of uncertain history. So we built the service we wished existed.

One small job. Far too much running around.

The carpet needed a refresh. The process should have been the easy part.

First came the store trip

A wine spill, a dog incident and the usual evidence of a busy home had collected on the carpet. Hiring a machine made sense. Driving to a store, waiting in a queue and wondering what the machine had cleaned before us did not.

After the cleaning was finished, the machine still had to go back. Carpet cleaner hire had quietly become two trips and two deadlines for one household job.
